Hey I recently received my package on 9/29, but I was at work when they delivered my package to my house. That night I found a slip from the post office stating that I had to pick up my package at the post office by 9/30. This probably has to deal with the security of the package, weird I know. But give your post office a try, if not maybe try shooting the support team an email.
